Dion and Jim discuss the vocal arrangements on 'that smile's not for me' - read on for the last week's work on the new album!
October rolls onwards and we're pushing to meet our (self imposed) deadline. Over the last three sessions, we've been fortunate to have Dion to assist with ideas and guidance on the vocal production.
'That Smile's not for me' is not in the live set yet, but it will be on the album. Note that Twang noise from MRoses guitar in the sample (above)...Waa Waa out the Ying Yang.
If we try to make any more changes, I think Jim will have kittens (figuratively).
Its now a race for the finish line, with mixing in progress and the start of mastering for the mixed tracks next week.
