Catherine Hill Bay, on a sunny day. This has consistently been one of the nicest places to spend an afternoon, outside, in the sunlight, with Rebecca doing sound and the wind not too brisk or cold.

Jo was with us and we were joined by plenty of friends.

It's been a while since we visited. We had to cancel the last show there, as that was the day Rosies Dad passed away.

Since we were there last, the development has continued, the roads are better and new houses are springing up. Life goes on.

Between the sea air, sunshine, and a few hours of playing and a bit of driving, I'm entirely well relaxed. It's good to appreciate these things we do.

This week there was some sad news about Chester from Linkin Park, and if we acknowledge what we read and hear, there's enough sadness to go around.

To drink deeply from the well of life is our only recourse, and it diminishes not one jot our sadness to appreciate the good that is around us.

That's a power of hope, and it helps to sustain.
