Howdy Folks. I dropped past the Muso's club jam this week and got to see some great stuff from Dave Tice and Chris Turner. I am definitely going to upgrade my camera! As Jim Finn said on the night, where else can you go out and see these performers all together for free?? Just to be clear, you can't!. You gotta come down to the Jams! Ok, so if you cant make it, here's what ya missed!
Kicking off a big weekend for us from the 15th to the 17th, with gigs at the Pendle Inn on Saturday and Bald Rock Hotel on Sunday, we start the weekend off supporting the fundraiser for Beyond Blue in Newtown on Friday 15th October! 4 bands and a $5 cover charge donated to Beyond Blue!
Howdy Folks. I went a bit nuts with some new open source modules, and I am messing with our site a bit. Ok, a lot.
The video stuff (check screen left, all them little pics, and screen top, ditto) is kind of amusing, like a wormhole into the past - Steven Hawkings was right!
These are playlists of all the little vids we take when doing stuff and if you're in need of amusement, you've come to the right place! Click away and enjoy!
Stay tuned as I keep messing with the site. Who knows what widgets will next take my fancy!
Introducing your act as the good-old-stormcellar-boys-band is a great way to start your night off and with the bar staff decked out in Blues Brothers couture, we were set for a good night.
Our thanks go to the last word in drumming, Mr Henry Silwka for manning the deputy sticks on emergency secondment and cheers to Chris, Cath, Dave, Colm and everyone who came along last night.
We had a moment or two of car trouble at the end of the gig after metal fatigue caused Repo some grief, so our biggest thanks of the night go out to Jasmine for rescuing him :-)
Carl, our Golden Roadie, is on holidays at the moment and he normally would have been the one to bail us out. .....wish you were here...LOL. Hope you're having a good time in Europe!
