About dang time.
Experiments yielded two active tracks.
Plus the work with Michael Hawke coming up.
Nice.
Settle back, as these move into testing and rehearsal, video will flow once more!
Oh and a shout out to a very bemused Duncan. We battled technology today on the air, then proceeded to have a completely off the wall (for him) normal (for us) conversation, from which he is still recovering.
Get well soon Duncan!
Plus another shout out to Pete L, getting as well as he can and to Bodhi for use of his story in a song.
Zounds!
(yes I know all the nutty stuff that's going on in the world, we're not ignoring it. there's enough folks out there crying that the sky is falling...which it might be...right? ahem anyway.... we figure the best we can do is give you a break. Hey, what else are stormcellars for, right? right?)
Set the first recording date for a remix on One in a million, adding some sax from Michael Hawke. Liking this one.
We'll release it as a single, cos we can. Heh.
Two radio interviews this week, Thursday 25th on Radio Goolwa AlexFM 96.3 with Duncan Kirkley at 1pm - radiogoolwa-alexfm.com.au and then on Saturday 27th with Raelynn Mitchell on Frasier Coast FM.
Plus I finally got the Salon project going, with song #1, 'Crossfire'
Den & Christina are reviewing it.
Will they like it?
Will they find a key they both can sing in?
Will all the the various elements of scheduling and luck come together? Who knows!
Next song for the project is underway. Theo picked out a beat today. Ahh.
Always at our happiest making stuff.
Yay! after some effort, new guide tracks are getting issued.
The Salon project is happening yes. It has a name. Yes there are guide tracks.
More info later, after further work in the shadows. Muahaha.
Got some great randoms from Marrickville the other night.
